The traditional screen in industrial quality inspection has many limitations, one of which is the lack of color reproduction affects the detection accuracy. Ordinary LCD screen NTSC color gamut only covers about 70% of the human visible spectrum, resulting in some of the red and blue wavelength signal distortion, color gamut coverage limitations. In the semiconductor wafer surface defect detection, the traditional screen can not accurately present the 0.1μm level of fine scratches in the metal reflection difference. In addition, there are dynamic contrast defects, low brightness areas (such as shadows) and high light areas of the color ratio is less than 1:500, it is difficult to distinguish some color defects. Integrated XYZ color sensor real-time feedback, combined with LUT algorithm correction, in the LED light source color temperature fluctuations ± 2000K range to maintain ΔE < 2 color consistency.

By enhancing the UV band response (400-450nm), together with the multi-spectral imaging technology, it successfully identifies 23% of the nanoscale scratch defects missed by traditional equipment. On textile display equipment, sRGB and Pantone dedicated color calibration modes are used, combined with AI algorithm to automatically compare CMYK value deviation, and real-time deviation is realized on 400㎡ continuous production line. In food packaging printing can be configured with ambient light sensor linkage to adjust the screen color temperature, with HDR display technology to compensate for reflective interference.
