Touchscreen Manufacturing Process
TP/LCM Inspection
1. LCM Inspection
a. Inspect the panel if it is dusty inside or any scratched on the surface
b. To check if the iron frame is flat or not
c. To check if there is a death/bright pixel on the screen
2. TP Inspection
a. To check if there is any scratched on the surface or any damage to the flat cable.
b. To see if the touch working well.
LCM Black Glue Injection
Inject the Black Glue or UV sealant Glue (according to customer's requirements) surrounding the LCM frame to prevent the Organic Silicone Glue goes inside of panel when injecting the Organic Silicone Glue.
Remove the Black Glue
Remove the extra Black Glue
Inject the Organic Sillicone Glue
1. Pay more attention to the bubble creating when injecting the Organic Silicone Glue.
2. Inverted display，make the white glue evenly distributed on the screen
Baking
Put the panel into Bake Oven for 50min under 60℃
Clean the Glue
Using alcohol and professional cleaning glue to clean the glue on the surface of the panel.
Inject the Black Glue
Using alcohol and professional cleaning glue to clean the glue on the surface of the panel.
QC Test
Final check to see if there is any dust inside of the panel or any scratched on the surface.
To check if there is death/bright/ pixel on the panel.
To check if the touch working normally.
